Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right. This does not limit any warranty or other rights you have under applicable law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods with a broken hygiene seal. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. These exclusions do not apply where the item is defective or not as described. Get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, except where the item is defective or not as described.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your state or country.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
