We want you to love wash day again. If something's not right, here's how it works.

Change of mind (30 days) 100% Full Refund 

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. They need to be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.

• Email us first at hello@lohy.co. We'll send you a return authorization and the address of our warehouse in Australia. We can't process returns sent without one.
• Return shipping is at your cost. Please use a tracked service and mark the parcel "Returned goods." The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Check out Gift It Forward below before you ship anything.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning Part of a Bundle?

Our bundles are designed to give you more curl love for less!

If you've purchased a discounted bundle and would like to return just one item, the refund will be calculated by subtracting the regular retail price of the item you're keeping from the bundle price you paid.

For example, our US Curl Flow Diffuser Duo Bundle:

• Duo Bundle: $84.95 USD

• Individual Curl Flow Diffuser: $69.95 USD

• Refund for returning one diffuser: $15.00 USD

This ensures you still receive the correct pricing for the product you're keeping.

If you're returning the entire unused bundle, you're eligible for a refund of the full bundle purchase price, subject to our return conditions.

Curl Flow's silicone grip fits most dryer nozzles between 1.5 and 2.25 inches. If yours is the rare one that won't take it, and you've reached out to check some fitting tips (because there are a heap!), there may be no need to post it across the world. 

1. Email hello@lohy.co within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo of the diffuser on your dryer and your dryer's make and model, and we will reach out with some suggestions
   

Damaged or faulty item?

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything's damaged or faulty, let us know as soon as you can and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. 

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, and Gift It Forward refunds go out once your details are confirmed. Your bank may take a little longer to post the refund. If you haven't seen it after 15 business days, email hello@lohy.co.

EU customers

If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason as per the laws for your region. The same condition rules apply.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the laws of your state or country.
